I have had this installed about a month and it is working great. It dropped a 2-3 minute wait for hot water to a few seconds. I would advise a plumber to help install it. The only reason I did not give it five stars was because it takes several seconds to get cold water from teh cold water side. However, this is the only downside!

It has been some time since i purchased this pump but the installation required a dedicated ground fault electrical outlet which took me some time to do. once that was done the actual installation of the pump and thermostat valve took less than 2 hours. Everybody should have one of these!! My hot water heater is 60 feet from out back bathroom sink and i now have hot water instantly. the timer lets me program for the hours i need it and i can turn it off if we go away for a few days. This is saving me at least 20 gallons of water a day when we had to wait for hot water to get to us. This is a real home improvement.
