The quality is good and easy to install. It comes with a template so you get the screws in the right place. The only downfall is that double toilet paper rolls do not turn easily. I am guessing they made this for single rolls. I use double rolls, but in the beginning it has a resistance to it. Otherwise than that, it is beautiful and looks like quality.
The design and quality of this Delta product is a substandard. The design doesn't allow for larger rolls of bathroom tissue, and the quality of the posts and paper holder itself was very poor. The installation instructions were also very poorly written, mainly incorrect dimensions between posts. I returned this product to Amazon the same day I received it, and the return process was seamless and efficient. Thanks Amazon.
Got this with matching towel bars, not impressed with the quality or method of attachment. There is no set screw these just sit on the wall brackets and lift straight off. Also the included template doesn't space these far enough apart for a full roll of TP to fit! Very disappointing Delta...
This towel bar, toilet paper holder and towel ring all use the same screw-less "clip" mechanism. However, unless there is a trick that is not mentioned on the installation instruction, you won't get a very secure attachment of the base to the wall bracket. The base will just loosely sit over the bracket, can move a little bit and even fall off if lifted. I installed quite few bath hardware from difference brands and this Delta is the worst. Also on the chrome toilet paper holder, the bar was made of plastic not metal.
Nice item that matches the rest of the Venetian Bronze bathroom set by Delta. Easy to install using brackets - no need to cut into drywall. If you use larger rolls of toilet paper, you may want to set the two pieces a bit further apart when you install it, otherwise the roll may not roll freely when full.
This paper holder is a perfect fit for Delta Leland faucets. The supplied mounting template is incorrect, if followed you will end up with mounting poles too close to each other (like I did). Use a roll of toilet paper instead of the template to determine the distance between mount points and you'll be fine.
As with several other pieces in the Delta "Leland" line of bath/kitchen hardware, the toilet paper holder has a nice bronze finish. All items arrived with paper measuring templates which made the installation process easy. We were glad to find the hardware that matched our bath and kitchen fixtures - many stores don't carry this Delta line. Amazon's prices were 40% less!
