   I bought this light about nine months ago. I live in an arid place- central Texas. The one review was spot on - the base does rust immediately. I was prepared for that. I did love how much light this lamp produces and the length and flexibility of the lamp neck. But now the neck of the lamp is as rusty as the base and it looks horrible.    This lamp is well made and has a good inductrial cord that will stand up to weather. My only concern is the mounting clamp. It is vertical and which limited my attachment options. The lamp is not all that bright but it is fine for cooking on the BBQ at night.
